Cecilians Fly High in Azure Sky …….. Visit to Aeroplanet Dwarka

St. Cecilia’s Public School,Vikaspuri, organized a full filled adventurous educative excursion to Aeroplanent Dwarka for the students of classes I-V on 18th and 19th October 2012. The students were accompanied by the primary wing teachers and mentors. It was a thrilling experience for the children to sit in the real Airbus A – 300. They also got exposure to the functioning of aircrafts. They went inside the cockpit, got hands on experience of a flight and coping with a sudden flight disorder. They were instructed by a pilot and an airhostess. Their excitement touched the sky as they undertook activities like rope climbing and trampoline jumping. They were also shown a short film on aviation. They enjoyed the mouth watering treat provided by the authorities and later danced to the tune of peppy songs. The students were also gifted tiny airplane momentos that added to the pleasure. The tiny tots returned with eyes full of dreams of becoming a pilot, airplane engineer or Air line member.
