Curriculum and Assessment for classes XI-XII

EVALUATION AND ASSESSMENT :
Each academic year has been divided into two terms. In class XI, First Term is from July to September and Second Term from October to March whereas in class XII, First Term is from April to September.
Two Unit Tests and two terminal exams are held in one session.

In class XI,
- Subjects with maximum marks 80 in Theory and 20 in practical have weightage of theory in Term I – 30 marks and Term II - 50 marks and weightage of Practical in Term I – 10 marks and Term II – 10 marks.
- Subjects with maximum marks 70 in Theory and 30 in practical have weightage of theory in Term I – 20 marks and Term II - 50 marks and weightage of Practical in Term I – 10 marks and Term II – 20 marks.
- In class XI, a student must secure atleast 33% separately in Theory and Practical in all the subjects and a minimum of 25% marks in each subject in Annual Exam.
First Pre Board for class XII is held in the month of December and Second Pre Board is held in January. CBSE Board Exams are held in the month of March.
Class XII Result is declared by CBSE.
