Annual Science Exhibition (2018 -19)
Scientia club of St. Cecilia’s Public School, Vikaspuri, New Delhi organized the Annual Science Exhibition in the month of August 2018.
The main focus of the exhibition was on the topics of “Swachh Bharat Mission”, “Water conservation” and “Promotion of solar energy” in view of observance of 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi- 2nd Oct. 2018.
The exhibition included a plethora of experimentation, orations and elucidations to empower the minds and advent them towards a better lifestyle. The exhibition witnessed great enthusiasm and blooming participation from children of diverse classes. Students through their exhibits suggested solutions to the problems based on above topics faced by humanity in the present era.
Students explained the relevance and application of their projects in their interaction with the Manager Madam, Principal madam, Academic Advisor Sir, Co-ordinators, Academic Advisor Sir and Judges. Students also learnt to present their ideas and concepts which enhanced their confidence, communication and interpersonal skills. This scientific learning received appreciation from School Principal who encouraged students and inspired them to shoulder the responsibility to build a new world.
The winning teams were awarded certificates and medals.
