Canadian University Application Centre Workshop on Higher Studies in Canada
On 23rd April 2019, St. Cecilia’s Public School hosted an informative workshop on higher studies in Canada in support with Canadian University Application Centre delegates Ms. Bindu Nair, Operations Manager(Delhi/NCR), CUAC and Mr. Brad Wilton, Admissions officer at saint Mary’s University, Canada for students of class XII.
The spokesperson Brad Wilton inspired students to study on the East Coast of Canada. He briefed the students with regard to diverse career opportunities for international students in Canada in Medicine, Engineering, Commerce, Arts, Aerospace etc. The students were guided to seek higher studies in Canada and made aware about multi cultural lifestyle-global culture of Canadian universities along with job opportunities for international students in Canada.
The students interacted with the guests who addressed the queries of the students and satiated their curiosity regarding admission process, eligibility criteria, scholarships, cost of living, placements etc.
It was indeed an eye opener for class XII students as the dream of overseas education seemed not only real but also attainable. The guests Thanked Madam Principal for hosting such an educative and informative workshop.
