Industrial Visit to Mother Dairy Plant
Class XII Commerce Students
Class XII students of Commerce Stream visited Mother Dairy plant, Patparganj on 14.05.25 under the able supervision of their teachers. The industrial visit to the Mother Dairy Plant was organized by the school to provide class XII commerce students with practical exposure to food processing operations, supply chain management and quality control process in the dairy industry. The visit organized aimed to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and real world industries practices. The parents and students were delighted at the outset of the industrial visit.
The students were welcomed by the plants training coordinator, who briefed all about the history, operations and achievements of Mother Dairy. During the plant tour, the students were guided through various sections of the plant including milk reception, pasteurization, homogenization, packaging and cold storage. The key equipment and automated systems were demonstrated emphasizing hygiene and safety standards to the students.
The students actively interacted with plant officials, asking insightful questions about processing technique, challenges in the dairy industry and career opportunities. The industrial visit to the Mother Dairy Plant was an enriching experience for students, providing them with valuable industrial exposure. The knowledge gained will significantly contribute to their academic and professional development.
