“Virtual World of Diwali festivities”

The IT Club of St. Cecilia’s Public School, Vikaspuri organized Diwali Competitions all through the festive week.
Various engrossing knowledge based competitions were organized by the computer faculty and members of the IT Club. The competitions witnessed participation of students of classes I-XII.
The primary wing students showcased their creativity and talent in Logo Programming, MS Paint and use of Notepad.
The middle wing students presented Powerpoint Presentations.Their presence of mind was checked by the judges through analytical interjection. Students used MS Word for newspaper article writing on the topics ‘Pollution’, ‘Rain water harvesting’ and ‘Health hazards caused by wrong food habits’.
The senior wing students took active part in IT Quiz, C++, Animation – Flash and Stykz. In the Photoshop competition students gave special effects to the pictures bringing them to life.
Madam Principal Mrs. R. Bhumra applauded the participants who enthusiastically participated in the competitions putting their best foot forward. In a special mention Principal madam appreciated the efforts of the IT Club teacher Incharge Ms. Prajjya Dutta and Student head of IT Club Rajan Girsa of class XI.
