Cecilians rejoice to celebrate Navratras, Dussehra and Durga Puja.

“Act as if what you do makes a difference to conquer the battle of good over evil.”

Celebrated with gaiety, grandeur and fervor, students of classes 1 to 12 witnessed eco friendly celebrations of Navratras, Dussehra and Durga Puja which was indeed a splendid euphoric cultural experience. The celebrations commenced with ceremonies address of Madam Principal as she established the relevance of spiritual teachings in the modern contemporary life.

Students of primary, Middle and Senior wing presented enriched traditional dances including kathak, contemporary garba and rythimic spiritual dances. Glimpses of Ramayana were also enacted by the students in the form of play. Vocal classical recital along with instrumental music was indeed a soulful exploration. An exhibit of nine incarnations of ‘Sur’ during Navratras enforced the inner contemplation of victory of virtues over vices.

Madam Principal appreciated the wonderful and distinctive efforts of all the participants.  She urged the students and staff to promote goodness, virtues and positivity in themselves to create the life of their aspiration and bring success and victory to their lives.

The joyous students took home worthy lessons of enrichment at the onset of the festive season.
