As a part of our endeavour to expose Cecilians to different experiences for their overall development and acquisition of life skills, the school organized an educational trip to Rangmanch Farms, Gurugram on 12th November 2024 for students of Classes IX to XII. The Rangmanch farms witnessed the zealous presence of more than 300 students accompanied by experienced staff members as the Cecilian members embarked on the journey of frolic, fun and adventure. The trip was an excellent opportunity for the students and staff members to unwind and de-stress from the taxing academic curriculum. The students experienced the serene of the lush green natural expanse and played with frolic in the fresh air beneath the beautiful sunshine sky.
All the students were directed to gather by 7am at the school gate from where they were seated in super luxury buses for a safe and secure journey. On arrival students were under the able supervision of the instructors as well as their teachers. Various adventure activities were enjoyed by the students like Zip-line, Rappelling, Rock Climbing, 10 low Rope Course, 10 High Rope Course, Tyre Wall Climbing, Commando Net, Wire Crossing, Sky-cycling. Many fun activities like Tractor farm ride, camel ride, horse ride, Darts, Cricket Pitch, Badminton, Frisbee, etc with all necessary safety measures. Students thoroughly enjoyed activities such as Katputli Dance, Pottery session, henna session, Dance session with the DJ and much more. The students were served with lavish Lunch followed by snacks as well. The students took the dance floor and danced their heart out on the DJ. The DJ, played peppy numbers and the students danced with full vigor. Students tried their hands on pottery making and made different kinds of pots. The Katputli dance show was phenomenal. The amount of energy and enthusiasm exhibited by the students was enthralling. The students participated in all the activities with zeal and were delighted when they completed each task.
The breakfast and lunch buffet was a vast spread of North Indian, South Indian, Chinese cuisine as well as Italian food. The buses departed for School at 3pm from the destination and arrived at school safely well in time where the parents received their gleeful and joyous wards. The students were also served light refreshment by the school as they came back in the afternoon. All the students were dispersed safely with lot of joy and excitement. It was a wonderful opportunity for all the children to strengthen their bonds and everyone came back to the school rejuvenated. Students, staff as well as parents expressed their gratitude towards School Management and Madam Principal as the day of vigour and laughter witnessed a happy end.
