Lord Krishna’s teachings and fame have transcended all boundaries, cultures and religions. St. Cecilia’s Public School, Vikaspuri celebrated the birth anniversary of the teacher who taught the world the power of ‘Karma’ on 9th August 2012. The teachings of Bhagwad Geeta were unfolded through recitals, talks, small skits and narratives to the students. In an hour long stage presentation, the life of Lord Krishna was enacted for the students. Dance performances lit up the ballet that showcased the various stages of Krishna’s life. The role of a son, a friend, a mentor, a guide and protector that Krishna played perfectly during his avtar were also thrown light upon to inspire students in order that they inculcate these values. Madam Principal congratulated the students on their wonderous endeavour.
