“Journey of life – TOEFL gives wings to study abroad”

On 31st October 2012, St. Cecilia’s Public School in association with ETS – Educational Testing Service in the USA and other countries organized a TOEFL journey workshop for students of classes XI and XII to facilitate them to plan their most important career journey abroad. The resource person Mr. Rishabh encouraged the students to study abroad and take the most accepted and respected English Language Test – TOEFL. 3 Simple Steps to register online for TOEFL from selection of test location to creation of an online profile to registration for the test were discussed in the workshop. The four sections of the test – Reading, Listening, Speaking and Writing were also talked about to the students. Various scholarship programmes based on Academic achievements, leadership skills, excellence in English language skills and extra curricular activities made the TOEFL test takers dream to study abroad come true. At the closure of the workshop during the question session, many students received goodie bags for their accurate responses. The workshop was a sure shot success for the Cecilians.
