A Noble Act of Kindness is Synonymous to Virtuous Character
Interact Club members of St. Cecilia’s Public School have always been appreciated for their kind spirit and generous actions. The virtues of kindness and generosity have been caught early by Cecilian students as values of sharing and caring, helping the less fortunate are blended in the process of learning in school philosophy. Interact Club members for the current year 2017 took up the social cause to associate with orphanages to add smiles and comfort on the faces of these children.
Teacher Incharges Ms. Mukta Kalra and Ms. Kavita Prakash alongwith student members visited PALNATM a part of Delhi Council for Child Welfare (DCCW) wherein they met the concerned authorities and joined hands in helping PALNATM with donations for better comfortable routine of the children.
Classes I to XII showed over-whelming kindness as daily need items such as Lactogen, Rice, Sugar, Detergents, Soaps, Toiletries, Pulses, Oil, Cloth, Flour, Diapers etc. were collected in huge quantity for donation to Palna Orphanage.
Students and Staff joined in this noble effort to make life easier by small gestures of kindness and generosity. Everyone was touched by the heartwarming gesture of Principal Madam for opportuning all to do such generous acts.
