PEAK PERFORMANCE MASTERY WORKSHOP

Commerce Club of St. Cecilia’s Public School organized a Peak Performance Mastery Workshop to make students excel in implementing effective ways of preparation of Accountancy for CBSE Board examinations and Entrance exams like CUET. The activity was organized for the students of class XII and XI (Commerce stream). The aim of this initiative was to empower students with the right strategies, techniques and confidence to excel in upcoming CBSE Board exams and to equip them with the innovative ways to understand and retain the concepts a for long time.
The emphasis of the workshop was on understanding the design of latest sample question paper issued by CBSE for 2026 Examination and to practice high order thinking skill questions for the same. Students were trained in identifying ‘paper spoiler’ questions and solve them effectively. During the workshop many such questions were done in KBC format where students were given sixty seconds time to solve each MCQ. Written test was also conducted for both the classes. Students participated enthusiastically in the quiz. On the basis of performance of students in both the tests four best participants – Manan Raheja, Manan Bedi, Aarav Mehta and Mohit of class XII and Dashmeet Singh, Sanvi, Jeeviteshh, Raghav and Gauransh of class XI were rewarded by the resource person by giving General Knowledge books which will help them in preparing for competitive exams. Dr. Vikas Vijay Sir guided the students regarding ways to keep themselves motivated all the time and the importance of teamwork along with positive influence of peer group through interesting clips from the story of a well-known athlete ‘Milkha Singh’. This session was highly motivating for the students loosing confidence in the subject due to low scores in Half Yearly Examinations.
In the second segment of workshop Mr. Nakul Shairwal guided the students regarding preparation for entrance exams like CUET, IPMAT, CLAT and CET. The pattern of question paper and techniques of attempting the questions were discussed in detail. The session provided useful insight into scoring well and avoiding common pitfalls in these exams. Application procedures, important dates for applying for these exams, five major documents required, main courses and universities for commerce students were also discussed during the session.
It was a useful workshop which helped students in making strategy for handling the pressure of CBSE Board exams and Entrance Exams together and to achieve success in the most crucial year of their life.
