Peak Performance Workshop

Date: 15th October 2024

Hard work and consistent effort are important for students because they can help them with academic success, personal growth, and skill development.

Commerce club of St. Cecilia’s Public School organized a peak performance workshop on effective ways of preparing Commerce based subjects for CBSE and CUET. The activity was organized for the students of class XII C and D1. The activity was based on the discussion about ways to kick start preparations for class XII CBSE Board exams and the innovative ways to understand and retain the concepts for long time.

The emphasis of the workshop was on understanding the design of latest sample question paper issued by CBSE for 2025 Examination and to practice high order thinking skill questions for CUET. Many such questions were discussed during the workshop in the form of quiz. Students participated enthusiastically in the quiz. They were very excited to solve the brain teasers.Three best participants – Shubhangi Arya (XII C), Parth Maggo (XII C) and Shiv Kaushik (XII D1) were rewarded by the resource person by giving books containing sample papers of Accountancy, Business Studies and Economics.

The resource person guided the students regarding ways to keep themselves motivated all the time and the importance of teamwork along with positive influence of peer group through interesting clips from the story of a well known athlete ‘Milkha Singh’. The aim of the workshop was to infuse positive outlook among students and to develop the spirit that “The key is not the will to win. Everybody has that. It is the will to prepare to win that is important.”

It was a useful workshop which helped students in making strategy for handling the pressure of CBSE and CUET together and to achieve success in the most crucial year of there life.
