Celebration of National Integration Week
(Quami Ekta Week)
St. Cecilia’s Public School observed ‘Quami Ekta Week’ from 24.11.17 to 29.11.17 with an objective to foster and reinforce the spirit of communal Harmony, National Integration and pride in our vibrant, composite culture and nationhood. The week long programme was conducted with great enthusiasm with a view to promote the feeling of brotherhood, oneness and the secular nature of the country.
Class XI students participated in skit competition on communal harmony to highlight the inherent strength and residence of our nation to withstand actual and potential threats to the electric and secular fabric of our nation. Middle wing students celebrated conservation day emphasizing the need for awareness and action to conserve society. Primary wing students presented a presentation on women empowerment highlighting the role of modern women in the development of nation building. The students grasped the values of tolerance, Co-existence and brotherhood in a Multi-cultural and multi religious society.
All the events were graced with the benign presence of Madam Vice Principal. The students were encouraged to follow communal harmony and peaceful co-existence by Madam Vice Principal.
