A Day of Fun and Learning: Cecilian’s enjoy an Excursion to Rangmanch Farms, Gurugram

St. Cecilia’s Public School, organised an excursion to Rangmanch Farms, a serene retreat nestled in the lush greens of Gurugram, for Classes 6 to 8. This was an excellent opportunity to relax, bond and enjoy a day filled with fun and adventure. The students were accompanied by enthusiastic Cecilian teachers and support staff to ensure that they have an exciting day.

The students started for a joyous journey in the early hours of morning with their hearts filled with joy and excitement. The students were greeted warmly by the staff of Rangmanch, who ensured a homely and comfortable experience throughout the day. The students enjoyed the breakfast and lip-smacking snacks which fueled their enthusiasm for the thrilling experiences.

The day kicked off with a fun filled adventure as students took on activities like zip-lining, rappelling, rock climbing, tyre climbing, commando net, and wire crossing under the surveillance of instructors and teachers. It was truly inspiring to witness their enthusiasm, as they pushed their limits, motivated one another, and showcased teamwork and perseverance.

The students also witnessed some special activities like Abra ka Dabra, Katputli Dance, Pottery classes, etc. Camel riding, camel cart ride, bull riding and horse riding were amongst the most cherished moments. The joy of sitting atop a camel, the thrill of balancing on a bull, and the excitement of horse riding made this session unforgettable.

For a taste of rural life, students took tractor rides across the farm. The tractor ride was filled with excitement as the students rode through the open fields.

After an action-packed morning, the students and staff sat down for a hearty lunch featuring delicious Indian dishes. The farm’s organic produce made the meal even more special.

The trip ended on a high note with a thrilling DJ session. Energetic beats filled the air as students danced with excitement, creating a lively and joyful atmosphere. Laughter, music, and non-stop moves made it a perfect conclusion to a fun-filled day.

After lunch and DJ fervour, it was time to bid farewell to Rangmanch Farms. The return journey was filled with cheerful chatter, as students excitedly shared their favourite moments of the day in the bus. The trip was not just excitement and fun—it was a day of learning and experiencing the beauty of nature in its purest form.

The successful planning of this visit reflects the thoughtful planning and vision of Madam Principal and teachers, demonstrating their commitment to providing students with meaningful experiences beyond the classroom. This visit will surely be remembered as a day of excitement, exploration, and priceless memories.
