Cecilians make school proud in Sanskrit Language Competition
Class VII and XI students of St. Cecilia’s Public School made school proud of their Sanskrit language prowess as they brought home laurels – Cash prize and certificate for their commendable participation in Sanskrit language based competitions at Sarvodaya Kanya Vidyalaya, Nangloi.
Students participants emphasized Sanskrit as one of the most beautiful and scientific language. In Sanskrit shloka competition Soumya Kannan of Class XI won a cash prize of Rs. 500/- and certificate. In Sanskrit Debate competition, Sriza Goel and Niharika Chhabra of class VII won a cash prize of Rs. 500/- and certificate. The students were felicitated with their prizes on 19th February 2019.
Madam Principal congratulated the students for their praiseworthy achievements and appreciated them for keeping the heritage language Sanskrit alive.
