Spirituality is caught by all
The month of November observed the pious and auspicious occasion of Guru Nanak Devji’s birth anniversary. Students of St. Cecilia’s Public School embarked on a spiritual journey in a special festive assembly conducted by their fellow students. The students walked devotedly as they took out the pious soul awakening procession of ‘Prabhat Pheri’ – the procession of enlightenment. The students devotedly sang the mool mantra. The students were also made aware about the importance and meaning of the same.
Melodious calming shabads and enriching saakhis were narrated by the students. The students were told about the noble teaching of Guru Nanak Devji. Keeping alive the essence of community serving, class langars were organized in the Primary wing in the classes. All students enjoyed collective servings with reverence. The students also visited ‘Singh Sabha Gurudwara’ Vikaspuri along with their teachers. The students of Classes IV-V also participated in Intra class Quiz in Sikhism.
Madam Principal and Madam Vice Principal blessed the students and enthused in them faith and love for the supreme Guru and his teachings.
