Workshop on Stress Free Teaching

In today’s life where man is so packed up with his work, tensions and stress that he can think of nothing else but pressures from all sides thus leading to poor physical and mental health. The art of living personal development programmes   are like a cool shower that helps one to create a life of purpose, joy and confidence. Keeping this in mind the school organized a workshop for its teachers for the same. After a hectic schedule it was a blessing in disguise. Mrs Vijyalakshmi a volunteer from the Art of Living organization headed by Sri Sri Ravishankar facilitated the teachers to relieve themselves from their day to day stress.

To make teaching Learning process enjoyable, it is a must that teachers enter the class with a smile and cheerful mood. With a result the students also would feel the same, they would reciprocate it. Nurture all the values and qualities that the students possess and they would shape well in life. Various exercises were demonstrated and taught. Stress and attention were laid on breathing movements. Kriyas like Nadi Shodhan, Pranayama, Sudarshan Kriya help to erase anxiety, depression, stress and leave the body calm and cool.
