St. Cecilia’s Public School celebrated the Winter Carnival on 24 December 2024, bringing the spirit of joy and generosity to life at school. This year, the event was themed "Joy of Giving" and had a noble purpose of collecting funds, which were donated to the needy and underprivileged.
The event was inaugurated with great enthusiasm by our esteemed Director Sir and Madam Principal, with Director Sir formally opening the festivities. Worthy Chairman Sir and Madam Manager graced the celebration with their benign presence. The carnival showcased vibrant stalls hosted by the students of Classes VIII, IX, X, and XI. These stalls offered a range of engaging games such as ‘Mystery Box’, ‘Lock & Key’, ‘Pick the brick’ alongside delectable food items like rajma chawal, chaat, sandwiches, soup, Vada Pav, Aloo Kachori, confectionery items, etc.
Children from Classes I to VII and XII participated enthusiastically, armed with coupons to enjoy the games and savour the scrumptious food. The campus resonated with cheerful smiles as upbeat music played in the background, adding to the lively ambience.
The students hosting the stalls demonstrated impeccable organization and management skills under the guidance of their teachers. Their teamwork ensured that the carnival ran smoothly and flawlessly, turning it into a vibrant and magnificent spectacle.
The school ground was filled with energy, laughter, and a sense of purpose, making the Winter Carnival not only a celebration but also a meaningful contribution to society. It was truly a day to remember, leaving everyone inspired by the spirit of giving and community.
