Aryabhatta Ganit Challenge
Classes VIII-X
The Aryabhatta Ganit Challenge, organized by CBSE for students of Classes VIII to X was conducted on 15 October 2025. The objective of this academic competition was to facilitate learners’ profound comprehension of mathematics and to augment their proficiencies by solving challenging problems.
The inaugural round comprised a pen‑and‑paper examination featuring multiple‑choice questions. Participants were required to employ their conceptual understanding and respond to the questions with wit and self‑assurance.
Students who excelled in Round 1 were selected for the subsequent round. The second round entailed an online multiple‑choice questionnaire wherein Sidhant Sharma and Harshika Raheja from Class X‑C and Sehejdeep Singh of Class X‑B, emerged among the apex scorers. Their grasp of mathematical concepts and robust analytical skills distinguished them from their peers. These students succeeded in securing a position among the top 100 contestants in the West Zone, epitomizing their diligent endeavor and dedication. Such achievements embellish the reputation of the institution and underscore its commitment to scholarly excellence.
The result for the second round was declared on 30 December 2025.
The Aryabhatta Ganit Challenge afforded an enriching opportunity for learners to assess their capabilities and engage in profound intellectual learning, thereby experiencing mathematics within an exhilarating competitive milieu.
