Picnic to Dreamland Farm & Resort

Classes 4-8

Students of classes 4 to 8 enjoyed a refreshing and joyful picnic to Dreamland Farm & Resort on 28 January 2026. The children arrived at school on time, brimming with excitement. The buses departed punctually at 7:30 a.m. and, despite the chilly weather, the atmosphere was filled with energy and cheer.

During the journey, students enthusiastically enjoyed songs and music, making the bus ride lively and memorable.

Upon reaching the resort, the students and teachers were accorded a warm traditional welcome with rhythmic drum beats. A wholesome breakfast was served, comprising delicious South Indian delicacies along with sandwiches, parantha, curd, tea, and halwa. Soon after, the students immersed themselves in a variety of thrilling and adventurous activities such as zip-lining, sky cycling, rope climbing, and bull rides. Attractions like camel rides, tractor rides, horse rides, and the Columbus ride further added to the charm of the day.

Many students also participated in games and recreational activities including archery, shooting, carom, basketball, volleyball, trampolines, and the Mickey Mouse bounce.

Creative and entertaining sessions such as pottery, a puppet show, and a magic show captivated the children and enriched their experience. A lavish and sumptuous lunch was enjoyed by all, featuring chowmein, manchurian, pasta, dal makhani, karahi paneer, assorted breads, salads, and desserts. The live food counters—offering pizza, pav bhaji, matar kulcha, jalebi, dhokla, pani puri, and more—were a major highlight and drew great enthusiasm from the students.

The celebrations continued as the DJ played lively music, and the children danced with great joy and enthusiasm. The group returned to school on time, carrying back cheerful memories, smiling faces, and hearts full of happiness.

The students and teachers expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the Honourable Madam Principal for thoughtfully organising this memorable trip, which provided a perfect blend of fun, learning, and togetherness.
